924B: The Responsible Christian Parent (Part 4): Prayer
A parent's greatest joy is for his children to walk in Truth: therefore, a parent's greatest concern is the spiritual battle that goes on in his child's life. Their struggle is a battle going on in the Heavenlies for control of their souls. Satan is feeding them the lie that they can live independently of God. God is nurturing them with the seed of Lordship. Every choice they make is a choice to yield to one of those two. Our greatest weapon in the battle that is taking place is the weapon of prayer. Let's look through the Scriptures and see the prayers of godly parents.
