When Moses told Pharaoh that the Lord had said "Let my people go," Pharaoh responds by speaking honestly that he did not know the Lord, so why should he obey. Good question. Can a heart without Christ understand the things of God? A heart must first be converted. Pharaoh would have nothing to do with this God.
