1348A: Adopted, Accepted, Adored

Our lives should reflect the sheer joy along with the uncommon humility that comes from being picked up out of the orphanage of losers and adopted into the family of the King of Kings. Our countenance ought to reflect His likeness, because we have spent so much time at His feet. Our behavior ought to never in any way demean the Crown. A child of the King! An undeserving child of the King. He came. He looked. He saw our need. He chose us. He redeemed us. He paid a price for us we never could even fathom. And now He has given to us everything He has; how could our lives not reflect His values? How could our hearts not beat with joy at the mention of His name? How could we not live every waking moment in the sheer ecstasy of knowing that though we do not deserve it and never will, we are children of the King, and we have been adopted, accepted, and adored?
