1113B: Under the Juniper Tree
It was after Elijah's greatest victory, as he saw the Lord destroy the prophets of Baal and the people crying out that the Lord is God, that Elijah finds himself in an unexpected place - under a juniper tree. Satan knows when we are most vulnerable. Perhaps it is after an exhausting day when all of our energies are spent, or perhaps we are caught up in the victory letdown - that is when we are on a spiritual "high" from answered prayer, or a visible victory.
