1111A: … But the Brook Dried Up
This is the first in a mini-series on the living legend, Elijah. This lesson comes from 1 Kings 17 and concerns determining the will of God in regard to His direction, His timing, His purpose and His provision. Living by a dried up brook was not Elijah’s idea of a perfect plan, but God knew that it was just what Elijah needed. Each step of the way was a divinely designed training mission that the Commander-in-Chief placed on Elijah’s itinerary to get him to where he needed to be. He does the same with you and me, so don’t run when the brook dries up.
